  • For the next three intake classes, all potential members must meet with the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life or designee before (once potential members are identified), during, and after the intake process. These group meetings must be attended by all potential members.
  • For the next three intake classes, chapter leadership must, in collaboration with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, plan and conduct regular training regarding hazing for the entire chapter. These programs may include national/regional speakers or national officers must occur prior to the intake process beginning.
  • For the next three intake classes, alumni involved in the intake process must be screened and approved by the international headquarters and/or province.
  • For the next three intake classes, the new member presentation must occur within five (5) days of initiation. The date of initiation must be provided to the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the beginning of each intake class.
  • For the next three calendar years in conjunction with National Hazing Prevention Week, the organization must sponsor an anti-hazing program for the entire greek community. The program must be conducted by a content-matter expert and must approved by the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life or designee.
  • For the next three calendar years, chapter leadership, including the alumni chapter advisor, must meet with Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life staff at least once per semester to discuss current trends and issues within the chapter and resources available on campus.
